Product Description: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details. Colors, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly due to print-on-demand production processes. We are not liable for minor variations that do not affect product functionality.
Order Acceptance: Your order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.                                                     
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping times vary depending on location and supplier production schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.
Refunds and Returns: Refunds or replacements are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue. Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our site or products for:
  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes. 
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Governing Laws These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
