Refund policy
Return Eligibility We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return Before sending anything back, please contact us first at urbnbloom.shop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Timeframe Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Process and Timing Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds In cases where only part of an order is defective or incorrect, a partial refund may be issued for the affected items only.
Exchange Options Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, as all products are made to order. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at urbnbloom.shop@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at urbnbloom.shop@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partners to provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable unless defective: personalized or custom-printed products, clearance or final sale items, and gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International customers should note that customs fees or duties on returned items are the customer's responsibility.
International Returns We accept international returns for eligible items. However, please be aware that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
