All products are made to order. Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process and produce before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
After production, estimated delivery times are:

- 🇨🇳 China: 5–10 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 2–5 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Rest of World: 5–10 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress until delivery.
Delivery Issues and Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated timeframes, delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
